Classic Used Volkswagens
I am a classic Volkswagen guy from way back. My first car was a 1957 oval window VW Beetle which my friends bought me for my 21st birthday. If wasn't a lot to look at honestly, but that car ('Ringo') gave me years of good service all the way through university and it was still going strong when I left New Zealand to go travelling, so I gave it back to one of my buds who kept using it for a few more years. That car had its original crash gear box and those skinny old cross ply tires, but many it just kept going and going. I loved that car.

For the love of VW
Since my first VW, I have also owned a mid 80's Volkwagen Golf which was the first car I bought once I got back from travelling and had to get a real job, and then when my wife and I moved to the US to work for 3 years in early 2000 we got a brand new Volkswagen Beetle. It had a limited edition Riveria Green paint job with cream leather interior and some awesome alloys. That car turned heads every where it went. We had planned to buy a used Volswagen, but when we saw that we knew we had to have it and we would have brought it back to New Zealand if we hadn't first been posted to Australia and if not for the small matter of the steering wheel being on the other side of the car ;)
Anyway, if you are a fan of classic Volkswagens, perhaps looking for one or rebuilding one from scratch then check out the following pages for listings of some great cars.
