BoingBoing Billboard
I did a total double take just now while driving back to the office…
On the motorway overpass by the Victoria Park Markets there’s a big billboard promoting Vodafone Broadband…the interesting bit is the huge “boingboing.net”…very unexpected.
It doesn’t use the BoingBoing logo, and the creative is a rather strange context for “BoingBoing.net” to appear in, but it’s unmistakably a real world link to boingboing.net. I guess someone at Vodafone (or perhaps their agency) is a fan.
