The Long Tail: Cheating Google 101…or not

I really don’t get this, The Long Tail: Cheating Google 101. The dude is not cheating Google. It is a PPC model so if he don’t get no clicks, Google don’t get paid…that’s the whole idea. He might be getting some impressions, but so what… the the ‘branding value’ of this has to be next to nought as he’s not being associated with any keywords or searches that are relevant…if he was then he’d be getting clicks.
