Oblique Info…you can say that again

WTF is this?

Just trying out the new Google Blog Search (ego searching) and I found this entry, entitled “Cory Doctorow” at some blog called Oblique Info. That’s just plain weird.

UPDATE: OK OK, that explains it…looked a bit closer and it seems this site is some sort of blogging bot…so now it goes from category “comedy” to category “tech”.

    Actually there a bug in the code that seems to favor entitling posts “Cory Doctorow” obliviously from the boingboing.net web log. There are some other peculiarities from posting when a web log favors certain terms. I need to expand the number of blogs it reads.

    Also, it posts too often, all the darn time. It is just a pet project and I haven’t really made any of the changes I have planned.

    I don’t think comedy is entirely wrong. ;)
